Due to the influence of the length of the pipeline, the pressure of the compressed air will also drop to slow down the airflow speed, and the sand particles will show an uneven suspension state. 2. Failure phenomenon of sandblasting machine
 
In the process of sandblasting in the oral cavity, because the sand particles are water-soluble salts, the sand powder will be exposed to the air for a long time, which will increase the friction between the sand particles. The moisture (moisture) in the pipeline adsorbs some sand particles, causing the sand particles to block the pipeline, causing the sandblasting machine to fail to work.
 
3. Sand blasting machine troubleshooting
 
Once this happens, the following methods can be used to exclude:
 
(1) After removing the connection component at the compressed air end of the pipeline, add compressed air in reverse from the use end. When the blockage in the pipeline is not serious, this method can be used to flush the blocked part and restore the blocked pipeline.
 
(2) While carrying out the above-mentioned reverse addition of compressed air, tap the pipeline with a rod to activate the bonded sand grains to flow out of the pipeline.
 
(3) If the above method still does not work, for the sandblasting machine in the oral cavity, it can be considered to soak in hot water to block the pipeline, because the sand particles of the sandblasting machine are soluble salts. For the mechanic sandblasting machine, the blocked part should be removed, and the steel wire should be used for mechanical dredging operation, and then the sand particles on the pipe wall should be blown with air, reinstalled, and the pipe should be dried with compressed air before being put into use.
 
If there is a control valve in the sand circuit (such as an electric porcelain valve), the valve body must be disassembled and reinstalled after cleaning. Considering that the sand road is blocked due to the power supply failure of the control valve body, the control circuit is repaired and the fault is eliminated.
 
In the mechanic sandblasting machine, in order to avoid sand and dust pollution of the working environment, a dust collector is configured. Due to long-term use, the dust collector motor will be damaged.
 
Due to the constraints of the original specifications of the motor replacement cost is high or difficult to buy, can be used to replace the household dust collector. Through the unit of the sandblasting machine using the above method of maintenance, the effect is very good.
