The mechanical arm guides the nozzle to aim at the hidden and complicated corners of the workpiece to clean up blind areas and dead corners. The robot can either manually control the strengthening of individual workpieces or completely automatically strengthen series of workpieces. The robot can use pellets of any size and shape according to different workpiece surface requirements. This machine is used for shot peening of blade tenon and blade root. S110 cast steel shot is used. The arc height value of shot peening surface is 0.10~0.23.
Processing method:
When shot peening, the operation of loading and unloading parts is carried out during work, and the rest is completely completed by the machine. In the automatic working state, the working turntable, spray gun, shot peening flow, hoist, vibrating screen, spiral separator and shot peening time are all automatically controlled. When adjusting the machine, all actions can be adjusted by manual operation alone. The shot peening operation time can realize the timing automatic control of any state within 30 minutes.Main structure:
1. This machine is composed of shot shot machine host, working turntable, spray gun device, steel shot lifting conveyor, steel shot particle size screening mechanism, steel shot non-spherical separator and steel shot flow control device.
2. Main machine of shot blasting machine: the inner wall of the working compartment is lined with rubber plates to muffle and buffer. The working compartment is well sealed. The front of the cabin is equipped with devices to observe the spare space and prevent projectiles from hurting the glass. The machine will not start when the door is open.
3. Working turntable: directly transmitted by the reducer and three-phase motor, frequency converter frequency conversion adjustment.
4. Spray gun device: 6, can be adjusted according to different blade size position.
